Thank you for shopping with FlexVerity. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Area
At this time, FlexVerity ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states).
Due to hazardous material (HazMat) shipping regulations applicable to fragrance products, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Guam
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- International destinations
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
All fragrance orders are shipped using ground transportation only in accordance with applicable shipping requirements for alcohol-based fragrance products.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated transit time for Standard Ground Shipping is 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
If your package has not arrived within 8 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@flexverityperfumes.com and include your order number.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or incorrect item
Please do not return any product unless instructed by FlexVerity Customer Support.
Shipping Delays
FlexVerity is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other events outside of our control.
