Refund policy

All Sales Final – No Returns on Fragrance Products

At FlexVerity, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities.

Because perfumes and colognes contain flammable alcohol, they are regulated as hazardous materials (HazMat) for transportation. To maintain product safety and comply with applicable shipping requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance products, whether opened or unopened.

All fragrance sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Preference for a different scent
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Ordering the incorrect item

Additionally, any product with an altered, removed, or missing serial number, UPC barcode, or other identifying markings is not eligible for replacement, refund, or warranty consideration.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a non-functioning sprayer), or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

To submit a claim:

  1. Do not return the product without authorization. Unapproved return shipments may be refused.
  2. Contact FlexVerity Customer Support at support@flexverityperfumes.com or through our Contact page.
  3. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  4. Attach clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

After reviewing your claim, FlexVerity will determine the appropriate resolution. If the claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method, including any original shipping charges when applicable.

Order Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and reporting any shipping damage, defects, or fulfillment errors within the required 48-hour reporting period.
